• Owner and property manager details, including name, email, property information, availability feed details and onboarding information.

• Facilitate bookings and owner introductions.
• Manage guest, owner and property communications.
• Prepare replies, summaries and service records.

Depending on context, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation. For example, we use enquiry data to respond to requested services, owner data to assess listing interest, and service records to protect Pet Retreat, guests and owners.
